Enrollment
Customers and Business Partners should fill in the registration form.

Upon enrollment, you will receive an electronic confirmation letter. If you do not receive this confirmation within a week, please send a note to conferences@harmundi.com.
Fee
The conference fee is € 1.680,- (excluding VAT which will be applied where required). This fee provides access to all keynote and elective sessions, workshops, panel discussions, conference proceedings, meals, refreshments and conference events mentioned in the conference agenda. The conference fee will be billed to you by HarMundi GmbH.
Dress Code
Business casual.
Meals
From Monday through Thursday, lunch , coffee breaks and dinner are for seen and included in the symposium fee.
Also included are the EXPO Opening on Monday evening and a networking drink and dinner on Wednesday in the Exhibition Area. There will be a special event on Tuesday evening.
Individual travel expenses, lodging, incidental expenses and additional meals are not included in the conference fee and will be paid by each attendee at the time the expense is incurred.
Special requirements, such as vegetarian meals, are available but only on specific request via our IBM Welcome Desk.
Language
All conference sessions will be presented in English.
Conference Registration
The conference registration desk will be open on Sunday Nov 15th (16:00 - 18:00) and Monday Nov 16 beginning at 08.00 AM.
The conference will start at 13:00 CET on Monday Nov 16th with the Key Note session and will end at about 15:00 on Thursday, Nov 19th 2008.
Substitutions and Cancellations
Substitutions can be made at any time. No show will be charged 100% of the conference fee. Cancellations must be made to the by e-mail: education@harmundi.com or by fax to: +49 711 380178-54878
Hotel cancellation and substitutions must be made directly to the hotel.
